We have solved all of the problems associated with compressing the entire inner workings of a kerosene lighter into one-third of the space. We have overcome the physical limitations of the reduced fuel reservoir to ensure it works just as effectively as a regular full-sized Zippo. We've achieved this without sacrificing power, creating a precision-engineered ignition system that features our commitment to Premium Components and Luxury Innovations in every detail:

Ultimate Fuel Efficiency: it is basically a highly efficient fuel cell. We use a regular Zippo Wick for zero suspicion. To ensure extended burn time, we use Pure Mongolian Camel Hair Down for the wadding. In its natural state, the super-fine, hollow, tubular fibers absorb 40% or more fuel than standard cotton, but when it is compressed in the insert, it holds much more—almost equal to a regular Zippo. The baby camel hair is felted using hot water to create a highly compressed pad that has the wick inside of it. Critical for the smaller reservoir, these upgrades ensure the Stash Lighter holds enough fuel to burn almost as long as a regular Zippo, significantly reducing refill frequency.

Airtight and Leak-Proof Seal: To ensure absolute protection for your valuables, we go beyond standard installation. We mold the inside of the lighter insert to fit the gasket seal perfectly. This custom engineering creates a flawless barrier that prevents any fuel from escaping, so you can count on it to not spill fluid on your valuables. The included gasket-sealed metal bottom plate is excellent for holding in the camel hair wadding, making it easy to fill, and offering an extra space for flints.

Perfect Weight and Balance: We have completely re-engineered the internal architecture to create a Tungsten Reinforced Chassis. We permanently install solid tungsten rods into the case walls, adding 6 grams of mass to the lighter. This gives it a rigid, armored, and professional feel in the hand rather than the tinny feel of standard lighters. These rods also act as a precision depth stop, ensuring the insert stops at the exact perfect height every single time without rattling.

Flawless Fit: The insert is custom-fitted with an industrial rubberized epoxy to prevent it from riding up when you open the lid, while still allowing it to be easily pulled in and out. It is also sealed with micro crystalline Renaissance wax. This treatment ensures it slides smoothly but maintains the tight fit needed to keep it from riding out of the case. Additionally, the internal depth stop is already perfectly installed, ensuring the insert sits at the exact right height and never slides down into the storage area.

Maximum Spark: We use a specialized Flint Pusher spring designed to compress in a different way, allowing the lighter to take a full size Zippo Flint for maximum spark reliability and extended lifespan. We recommend you use only Zippo brand flints with this lighter. Unlike our performance lighters, we intentionally retain the standard factory cam lever and upper mechanics. We avoid any visible modifications to ensure the lighter appears completely stock and unmodified to anyone inspecting it.

Use Your Own Case: Already have a favorite case? We will send you the insert only and additionally the bottom part of the insert that you can put in your case to prevent the insert from sliding down into the stash area. This bottom piece comes with the tungsten rods attached to act as the stopper.
